Interdisciplinary studies courses address concepts and employ methods from several disciplines. The courses 101, 102, 103, 120, 121 and 200 are part of the core of the Liberal Studies program; they introduce students to active learning, university-level inquiry, mathematical and technological literacy, student-success skills, Chicago as a site of learning, and multiculturalism in the context of the United States.
