The School of Music offers programs leading to the Master of Music degree in the fields of applied music (performance), composition, music education and jazz studies. A minimum of 44 quarter hours of graduate credit is required for the Master of Music degree. This total is divided between the core studies (required of all master of music students), and the specialization requirements which relate uniquely to the area of specialization.
