DEGREE PREREQUISITE
      Students must have an adequate background in financial accounting. Those who do not must take ACC 500.

REQUIRED COURSES
      Students with appropriate academic background may be waived from taking non-accounting courses.  Students with prior course work that duplicates a required accountancy course must substitute an approved graduate accountancy or MIS elective.
