Immunizations

DePaul University complies with Illinois Public Act 85-1315 , effective July 1, 1989, which requires post secondary institutions to submit an annual report on student immunization.

This law requires ALL students (degree and non-degree) born on or after January 1, 1957 and enrolled at half-time or more at a post-secondary institution to provide proof of immunization for Tetanus/Diphtheria, Measles, Mumps and Rubella.  For details and instructions on providing proof, please view the Requirements & Form.
