Diplomas and Apostilles

Once the degree conferral process is completed by your college or school, your diploma will be mailed to the address that you indicated when you applied for graduation. This is usually within 6 to 8 weeks after the end of the term.  However, financial holds must be removed before your diploma will be processed. Once holds are removed, your diploma will not be ordered automatically. You must place an order by clicking here, indicating the date your hold was removed. Please note that diplomas bear the signatures of current University officials.

Duplicate Diplomas

If you wish to order an additional copy of your diploma, you may do so for a $75.00 charge per diploma ordered. If this is your first diploma after your hold has been removed you must order a replacement diploma. Duplicate diplomas bear the signatures of current University officials and will include the notation "Duplicate Diploma". Each student is allowed three duplicate diplomas. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "Avow Systems."
